If the incredible amount of mouse feces all over my stuff in their storage unit was not enough of a deterrent, then the overwhelming stench of rodents mixed with cleaning products may have turned me off. In addition to that, the staff were at best indifferent and at worst defiant when faced with the rodent issue. Please do not use cube smart, there are many other alternatives.

The location was good and secured. The staff working there, they are friendly and have good manner to customer.

The unit is big and clean

I have stored my belongings with you all before and had no issue. This time around has solidified I will not be storing with you all again. I came for my belongings and was met with rat feces all over my stuff and property damage to valuable belongings. Not only that, outside of your upper management the rest of your employees need to be trained on proper etiquette. Met with no sympathy or further explanation of next steps when I alerted them about the rat problem, no further explanation that when I arranged a unit transfer that it had to happen same day(thankfully I had showed up with a taskrabbit) and for your customers to be paying close to $500 on storage units it is absolutely asinine that we cannot utilize your dumpsters. After waiting 20 minutes for transportation your staff waited until my uber arrived to tell me that the couch i put neatly by the dumpster had to be moved(I only set it there bc other people had done the same) so I had to move my rat infested couch by myself since my taskrabbit was already gone. 1151 E New York Cubesmart will never see me again.

I give that 10 because when I first went to Cubesmart the associate or the customer service representative that assisted me was beneficial in every way
