Customer service was always really good each time I needed to call or come in. Place was clean and easy to get in and out of.

The two people in the office was very helpful and the lady that showed us the unit that we rented was very knowledgeable and nice. The man in the office called to welcome us after we signed and rented it.

Overall, things have been very good. The only reason I gave a 9 instead of a perfect 10 is that the gate access via the app does not work. You must use the keypad to enter and exit. It would be far more convenient if gate access via the app worked as expected.

Right now I rent two 10x15 climate controlled units. One I've had for about a month and the second I just rented. The first one I had arranged to have automatically charged to my credit card. With the second unit I was told that is no longer offered for free. That now I would be charged a 3% fee. So now one unit is taken care of monthly but the other one I will have to monitor monthly and remember to pay. That makes it very inconvenient for me. I understand that credit card processing costs but that's just the price of doing business today.
