Easy process, entry and exit

The people are great, but CubeSmart jacked up my pricing over 30% with 2 weeks notice. NOT Cool.Also, Cubesmart needs more carts available for Customers. One cart per building is NOT good.

John gave great support and customer care when showing us several units. The facility is very organized and clean as well.

The two people in the office was very helpful and the lady that showed us the unit that we rented was very knowledgeable and nice. The man in the office called to welcome us after we signed and rented it.

Overall, things have been very good. The only reason I gave a 9 instead of a perfect 10 is that the gate access via the app does not work. You must use the keypad to enter and exit. It would be far more convenient if gate access via the app worked as expected.
