Tamara was excellent. She answered my questions politely and promptly so that I was able to comfortably make a quick reservation. After I made the reservation, using the convenient online rental option, I was greeted by a thoughtful bag of things I needed in the unit and a handwritten note from John and Tamara. I had to take everything out because we saw there were several boxes with holes from a rat eating through the boxes
