The process was easy and able to be done online. The prices are favorable and the local office is on the ball and communicate quickly and clearly. I like the app that makes it possible to quickly open doors and gates with one button click instead of punching in a long code. The facility is very clean and feels secure.

Cube Smart has excellent storage units at reasonable rental prices, as well as Excellent Customer Service. There are no 'surprise' extras and the contracts are explained clearly so there are no misunderstandings of what they offer and can accommodate the customers' needs with fast and friendly service. Highly recommend this company!

Very clean. Easy access

The facility us very nice, the availability of flat bed carts is a plus, the ease of getting into the unit the first time was great. The reason I rated a 9 is because the first month was free, but there were other charges so it really wasn't free. This is the first time I've rented a storage unit so that may be a standard practice but it would be nice if the fees were stated clearly before you get to the contract.
