it was super easy to book online and I got immediate, human follow-up via phone call. I received all sufficient information on how to enter the site and access my unit. I was able to do all of this incredibly easily, yet still know where I can reach out to if I need support. A super solid experience.

After securing a storage unit to a local competitor from out of state and arriving and finding out what I had negotiated, wasn’t what I was given, I canceled the contract and was in lurch as a Movers on the way, literally within 2 to 3 hours so was able to work with CubeSmart and they found me exactly what I was looking for initially and made my experience and moving experience less stressful. I was very pleased with their service their professionalism and would recommend their services.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the facility is very nice, but loading and unloading is challenging. The carts can only be pushed, not pulled because of the way the wheels are installed. There are no ramps to the doors. So you have to step over curbs to load and unload, which makes it challenging and somewhat dangerous for older individuals who aren’t quite as agile as they once were. . The doors are not automatic like other storage facilities, and have to be propped open with door stops and rocks (because one entrance doesn’t have enough doors stops sitting there). A few property upgrades and this could potentially be the perfect storage place, but right now falls short in this area compared to competitors.

Dave was an amazing help! He was thoughtful, kind and definitely went the extra mile to make it a great experience. I am grateful for the wonderful service.

The facility was clean, the staff are knowledgeable, multiple options to meet our storage needs, online completion of documents is easy and efficient. Staff explained all options and our check process to less than 15 minutes.
