Rent more than doubled. Mold on items. Not enough carts. Couldn’t access unit due to internet being down. Never know when an employee will be on site.

Property manager lady was excellent on my move in and friendly. You have a great setup both I person people and website and phone support personnel - overall you are running a professional service and I appreciate it!

CubeSmart was the most convenient, affordable and accessible storage facility I found in my area. The process to reserve the unit was smooth and seamless. However, be very aware that the facility has mice. My belongings were there for only 3 weeks and there was a dead mouse on the floor when we moved out.

There a few reasons that I scored the way I did but the main reason was the facility is easy accessible, clean and affordable. They were running a special that was awesome. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease and pain free process.
