the people were great. We paid for a unit that had A/C and when we moved the boxes into their new location, the smell of black mold was overwhelming. I thought it was only the cardboard, but some of the furniture still smells after we unpacked it from the cardboard

The team there was always very helpful. They answered all my questions.

The staff, especially Sandy, are incredible. She went out of her way to help us from the very beginning. We found the yard to be roomy enough to maneuver in and always clean and free of trash. The inside of the building, including the bathrooms, are clean and well stocked. We never had any problems while moving our things in or out.
