I feel that the increase in price was a lot and at move out there wasn't anywhere to put trash at.

I think you do a good thing, good customer service, the building was a comfortable temp, the only reason i left was because i was priced out, I could not afford $437 a month, when we started so cheep, i would think you would want to keep people who have been there a long time and paid on auto 1st day of each month. I don’t understand your reasoning for keep going up in price.

The place is always so clean. The people that work there (Victoria & Lawrence) are so friendly and helpful.

Easy to access the storage unit, space was tidy and clean. The app was great to use, especially for opening the doors.

Staff was friendly and easy to work with, but the constant rate increases became frustrating over time. I appreciated the service, but the pricing changes made it difficult to stay satisfied overall.

Lawrence was extremely knowledgable and helpful.

We were greeted by a friendly manager when we entered and shown to our unit. He explained how to enter, where the trolleys were, the proper use of the lock hasp, and how to exit. The entire facility was spotless and we felt very secure.
