Super easy process from start to finish! Friendly and very helpful staff and the facility was always well maintained and clean. The only downside was if there were other vehicles there was no way around them if you were done and ready to go before they were….but that isn’t something I’d base ratings on.

Price increase after a short amount if time. I think for short term, your facility is worth the price but longer, not so much. I did appreciate the cleanliness and staff.

I feel that the increase in price was a lot and at move out there wasn't anywhere to put trash at.

I think you do a good thing, good customer service, the building was a comfortable temp, the only reason i left was because i was priced out, I could not afford $437 a month, when we started so cheep, i would think you would want to keep people who have been there a long time and paid on auto 1st day of each month. I don’t understand your reasoning for keep going up in price.

The place is always so clean. The people that work there (Victoria & Lawrence) are so friendly and helpful.
