Very clean facility

Easy to access the storage unit, space was tidy and clean. The app was great to use, especially for opening the doors.

Staff was friendly and easy to work with, but the constant rate increases became frustrating over time. I appreciated the service, but the pricing changes made it difficult to stay satisfied overall.

Lawrence was extremely knowledgable and helpful.

We were greeted by a friendly manager when we entered and shown to our unit. He explained how to enter, where the trolleys were, the proper use of the lock hasp, and how to exit. The entire facility was spotless and we felt very secure.

Great customer service, very willing to work with your customers needs.

We liked that it was air conditioned. Security in and out was decent although technically someone could sneak in while the door was still open.
