Very clean, convenient. -2 because expensive

Prices continually went up when you could go online and see much lower prices than mine.Did not provide any type of disposal for unwanted items ie dumpster or even a trash can.

Great people and facilities! They worked with us when we struggled and the place was always clean.

Clean, easy to access and relatively inexpensive.

Facility is very nice and clean. Staff communication was good but now is not. We have been customers for over 6 years and, in the beginning, communication was easy. In trying to argue a rate increase,, I could not talk to the store manager but one time and he deferred questions. There was NO effort to retain our business when giving notice of vacate.
