Facility is very nice and clean. Staff communication was good but now is not. We have been customers for over 6 years and, in the beginning, communication was easy. In trying to argue a rate increase,, I could not talk to the store manager but one time and he deferred questions. There was NO effort to retain our business when giving notice of vacate.

The process and accommodations were nice. We signed up online and it was super simple, the only process that was a little difficult was finding out how to end our contract period. There was not a way to cancel online at all. We had to call, leave a message and wait for a returned call to tell us the only thing we needed to do was empty the unit and leave the door rolled up. We did not sign anything to end it, which felt odd.
