Easy access and clean facility.

Clean, easy to access and relatively inexpensive.

Facility is very nice and clean. Staff communication was good but now is not. We have been customers for over 6 years and, in the beginning, communication was easy. In trying to argue a rate increase,, I could not talk to the store manager but one time and he deferred questions. There was NO effort to retain our business when giving notice of vacate.

Customer Service is great. Storage are is very clean

I have always been treated with kindness and when times were hard on me I was treated with understanding and grace.

Since having a storage unit with CubeSmart I have had absolutely no problems at all. Employees have been very polite when needing to get a hold of me and very professional.
