Pricing became extremely high and the increased became more frequent.Additional fee to pay online

The process and accommodations were nice. We signed up online and it was super simple, the only process that was a little difficult was finding out how to end our contract period. There was not a way to cancel online at all. We had to call, leave a message and wait for a returned call to tell us the only thing we needed to do was empty the unit and leave the door rolled up. We did not sign anything to end it, which felt odd.

Clean and secure! Climate control was important and it was well managed. Never any signs of rodents and minimal bugs!

It was always very clean and easily accessible. Setting up the unit was a breeze and even closing/ending the unit was very simple.
