The customer service was excellent and I would have stayed if I could have afforded storage,my husband passed, and the lady at desk was so helpful and went out of her way to help me, as this process was not easy with most of things belonging to my husband.

The gate “ fixed” not is a pain. But I was there 2 months a lousy 2 months and rates went up!!!There should be numbers reflecting on each isle painted or?, where you are , . You have to guess where unit is .

Your staff on site is amazing. She makes sure the property is well kept up and maintenance.She was always available and very professional. Goes above and beyond..

Each visit we made to the storage facility. It was always clean and no problems with rodents or bugs. The manager we met she was extremely nice and was very great at explaining everything about the facility.
