It is simple to rent a storage space and the people that work there, especially Velvet, are wonderful people and easy to talk with. There is no problem getting assistance with any problem. I also feel that my items are safe from theft and damage due to other people storing items there.

Would like later enter hours to enter due to late work hours

The office was rarely open when I was coming/going. Therefore, most of my customer service was over the phone. Also, I wish the unit had been more airtight (ended up getting a lot of sawdust over my stuff from a neighbor unit).

My experience with the Cube Smart facility at Indian Bridge Road was excellent. It was easy to access, safe and extremely well-kept. We had NO problems in 8+ years.

The customer service was better than other places I have used in the past. Every thing was explained in detail, qestions answered and getting set up was was easily done, payment made easily.
