The woman working in the office was so lovely. I think her name is Velvet? She was just amazing. I liked the hours the place was open a lot. The place was kept spotless. The temperature control really did work! None of my art supplies melted in the nasty humid Maryland weather. I liked using the app to enter and exit a lot.

The Nice Lady that helped me, was patient, explained everything, easy to talk to and helpful. Her customer service was excellent!!!

Fast online/telephone help to get unit booked! Only improvement would be onsite support. I stopped by the office at 1000am when it was supposed to be open and the sign said they’d be back at 1pm! Unit floor and walls are clean, but there is a nest of something in the rafters.

Lots of storage options available, easy to get unit and move everything in. Liked the locked gate, but sometimes left open after hours. Easy to move out and fast snow and ice removal so we could gain access to our unit.
