The storage was adequate but the price was raised 2/3 times in the time I had the unit. Overpriced in my eyes.

Because instead of rewarding loyally being a client there you raised the price of our storage unit twice a year !!! We started off 7 years ago at under 200. To raising it to almost 500.!!!!Yet if I came today as a new customer it would be back to under 200 !!!!! 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️so I moved to another storage place under 200!!

I don’t like how often there was a price increase. Starting price was reasonable but became quite expensive

Velvet and Ana were marvelous over the 5 plus years that I was their customer.

Staff was great but the ever changing price got annoying.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me through the process which was easy to complete.

Reasonable price and great location with easy to access storage unitsHowever, I do think they should waive the administrative fee and you should have a discounted insurance policy when purchasing a second storage unit there should be some kind of discount there and the administrative fee. I just think is stupid to have to pay it twice if you’re buying two.

Velvet is amazing! She goes above and beyond.

I’ve had a unit at the California location since 2012. There have been 3 managers since then. Velvet and Anna were always there looking after my property and I was always secure in that thought. Tanx to everyone associated with CubeSmart. I’ve been away from the area for 5 years and it was time to downsize.
