All was well, no complaints. Easy to move in and easy to move out. Nice climate controlled and safe storage. Would use this service again.

Excessive planned price increase (23%). I emailed the store email address in the notification asking for an explanation and whether the increase could be reduced, but I got not reply. I emailed a second time with the same result. I had to conclude that my business wasn't important to CubeSmart. I then found another self-storage facility not far from CubeSmart that has very similar security and onsite employee presence. I rented the same size unit from them and I am paying slightly LESS than CubeSmart's fee BEFORE the 23% price increase. So, at the cost of a couple hours spent moving my items, I'm going to save a fair amount of money over the next year.

Unit was advertised as a 20X20, only to find out that it’s two 10x20 units. I thought this tactic was very deceptive and wasn’t advertised correctly.

Clean and easily accessible storage.

I’ve had storage units in the past, but none compare to CubeSmart in Camas. Their service was above and beyond. We came in with a referral coupon, and they gave us another discount as well for a limited time that we weren’t expecting. Easy, convenient access, that is gated and safe. The app made everything simple. If I ever need a storage unit again, I am only using CubeSmart!
