Units are very nice, safe, and well maintained and managed.Have had a couple discrepancies on storage fees upon move out.Most issues have been resolved, but still waiting for last credit to be issued to our credit card that was chargedcharged. charged.

The staff are good and the security is good. The price per month is offensive. We agreed to what is a fairly expensive price of $150/mo for a 10’x10’ unit but the location and security made it worth it. Less than 6 months later, without warning or explanation, you raised the price to over $180/month. There should be at least a one year price lock.Shady at best.

The facility’s grounds were clean and easy to access and navigate. The staff was cordial, attentive and sincere. Security on the site was excellent. The staff was fair and speedy in resolving a billing issue.

Although the facility was clean, there are some areas that can be improved upon. Restroom needs more attention in cleaning, toilet had fecal matter under the seat that was not cleaned for weeks. One of the storage units outside had a roll up door that would not stay up, which could potentially drop down on someone at any time. Front gate to exit the compound still not synced to the app, requiring customers to manually use the key pad to exit.
