Story- I went to the Cubesmart on Alex Ferry and they did not have the space I needed but the gentlemen was so helpful that he called this store and they told him they did have the space I needed so I was actually referred. I went to this location and was told the first month would be free but I didn't move in that day. I came back as agreed and filled out the paperwork but when the time came to move in for "some strange reason" the first month was no longer free. I had not choice at the moment so I paid for that month. The door doesn't work properly on the unit and I did report that but nobody ever contacted me nor nothing was done. I finally decided to move out when I was away and for some reason the payment didn't go through successfully. I didn't have access to internet at some times so had to dealt with it when I returned. I called and then went in to the office and was told that I had late fees because I had been sent emails. I didn't get emails. Finally understood that my card may have turned off (stringent fraud barriers) while I was away because it didn't recognize the charge from another location than where i was. I made the payment but was told there was no way to verify the efforts that were made to reach me so nothing could be done about the fees. I decided to move out. dss

The employees that I've had the pleasure to meet have gone above and beyond to assist me with concerns. They were very polite and always willing to resolve my concerns.

Aunjae at the Allentown Camp Springs (Maryland) CubeSmart location provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. She is incredibly pleasant, resourceful, and exceptionally knowledgeable about her job. She went above and beyond to make my experience seamless and truly exceeded my expectations. If I could give her a billion stars, I absolutely would! She is an incredible asset to CubeSmart and truly deserves a raise and a promotion. Every CubeSmart location should have someone like Aunjae. Thank you for providing such outstanding service!
