The facility in Clinton, MD is terrible. Roof leaks, exhaust fans in addition have been broken for over 2 years now.

Other customer hit my storage cage with their car which inconvenienced me. Although I was contacted immediately, I felt I should have received some sort of compensation for that inconvenience.

I emptied out unit A12, and waited 10 minutes to return the lock. I had to leave because I was paying a cab driver by the hour!I still items in Unit 516. The exhaust fans are still not working! Not sure when I can empty unit 515.

You are overly expensive for a business that houses storage units. I could rent an apartment for the prices you charge. And the amount of your yearly increases is crazy.

Management is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable about services. Friendly yet professional. Makes your over all experience run smoothly.Property is very well maintained. Secure.
