Excellent Service !!!! Ms. CJ at the Camp Springs, MD was very informative.

There seems to be little coordination between the workers on-site. I had 3 phone calls trying to figure out whether I'd closed out my locker when the very first one we had established this. Prior to this similar experience in CT where they charged me despite having physically told the office I'd cleared out.The other problem is why no one ever answers those phones.

Cube Smart Storage is a well organized establishment. And, I would recommend them to anyone that needs to store away belongings. My belongings were there just as I left them for a year's time.

While some of your staff was helpful and understanding, others weren't.

My unit flooded which caused my items stored to get water damage and mold everywhere.
