The facility was very cleaned and in the right location. The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made my decision, to rented one of the units very easy. I was sold on my first visit.

CJ was friendly and professional. The reservations process was seamless. My only concern is that CJ gave me an incorrect access code. I had to customer support to get the correct code. Luckily, I arrived to store my bus during the day on Sunday, and I had all the information the rep needed to receive the gate code.

The price keep going up and up i was paying allmost 700.00 a month You can rent a house for 1000.00 around FT. WASHINGTON

Excellent Service !!!! Ms. CJ at the Camp Springs, MD was very informative.

There seems to be little coordination between the workers on-site. I had 3 phone calls trying to figure out whether I'd closed out my locker when the very first one we had established this. Prior to this similar experience in CT where they charged me despite having physically told the office I'd cleared out.The other problem is why no one ever answers those phones.

Cube Smart Storage is a well organized establishment. And, I would recommend them to anyone that needs to store away belongings. My belongings were there just as I left them for a year's time.

While some of your staff was helpful and understanding, others weren't.
