No security on lower level my unit was broken into twice

I did my registration on line and had not seen the facility, I had questions and called numerous times starting wednesday(moving day was Friday), thru Thursday into Friday- no call back, had not received my keys. We got there , no one in the office, the place looked like trash and the door downstairs where my unit was wasn’t locked

Dirty & doors would rarely lock!

Never staff available, even when “open”.Never received the lock and again, could not contact anyone.The place is unlocked at all times, anyone can access.Filthy - people’s thrash stacked inside and outside the doors.Units getting broken into - again due to no locks to the building

Absolutely horrid communication. Never got an answer on the phone once. One time I called all day on the hour of my 9 hour shift (so 9x) and didn’t get an answer or call back once. Canton location is Horrible horrible horrible

There are areas near our unit that were full of some kind of white powder mounds. Don’t know if this was from some construction material but it made the area very dusty. It needed to be cleaned up
