They were very helpful and it was very easy to book.

Never any carts to move your things. The main door at the bottom for the lower level is always broken and just available to get in for whenever. There were times I couldn’t pay my bill and the cops were trying to reach the clerk of the store, they didn’t even get a response.

My storage unit was one of many units broken into. The door has been unlocked since February and everyone keeps saying they are new and working on getting it fixed. Not sure why there was no work order in February to fix the door

never any carts was told they were stolen on 3 occasions, received a discounted rate on a unit that had a pillar in it the discount was removed and we were paying for a unit with an unusable 28 cubic feet. Removed my passcode to access unit provided me with a new 1 then removed that again. Gave me a generic passcode which was removed again resetting back to the original. love it when you cant access your unit 30% of the time

All and all I had a good experience. My only complaint is that it was quite warm moving my stuff out and it is suppose to be climate controlled. Also they raised my storage fee on the 5th month.

I was behind on my payment. The employees broke. The lock went in my unit and stole some of my belongings. I will never use you again and I will never recommend you. You guys need to shut down the Canton Ohio office. It’s ghetto.

You had a pipe burst over the winter and now all of my stuff is covered in mold. When I found it back in April the manager offered me no compensation for the rent and would not give me the incident report for my insurance company. I was also not called about the pipe burst so I could have made sure my stuff was okay.

No security on lower level my unit was broken into twice
