The facility is clean and I have confidence in the employees to manage the facility and keep my items safe

I eas not even in the unit 6 months and you raised my rates. I canceled this unit and provided my own insurance for my other unit and it still is not updated. Payment is due today.

A very dependable and safe place

Online is advertised 61 a month / never mentioned the extra charges till the very end, over 20$ more a month... 🤷‍♂️Side doors need repairs, badly. Trash and people's belongings piled in the corner... Place needs cleaned, and fixed.

It was nice and clean but the price increases were ridiculous. It literally went up $10 then $25 over a year and a half. Also rarely any carts to move things in and out. Very frustrating.

The reason for that score is because me and my son went to the unit on the day I finally got my access codes and everything went to the door that the manager told me to go to the door was a jar there were pry Mark'.bsomeone was inside there was a backpack and a half drink bottle of Pop sitting on the floor stuff thrown all over the place inside the door stuff thrown in the corner outside of the door I'm not walking into a dangerous situation I don't know if there's somebody in there with a knife or a gun that's not the best area of town to begin with I'm very dissatisfied and now I can't even get a response from the manager of the place I've left a message after message after message she will not call me back I want my money back but they tell me I got to wait to five to seven days when they didn't wait at all to take the money it was immediate but the thing is I'm not getting a response from anyone they will not talk to me and I got news for them they are not keeping my money

The units are claimed climate controlled but it was always near freezing in the facility. They used to have carts to use for moving things in and out but they kept disappearing so you’d have to carry everything out one by one. Not to mention when we first wanted a unit we were given one with a leak/water problem. If you walked the facility you would notice tons of water all over the floors or coming out from under unit doors. Also tons of a white powdery substance all over the floors in some hallways almost like pest or water control. The price you pay is never what is advertised with extra hidden fees, etc. the smallest unit should not cost almost $37 per month. Not to mention we were warned about going anywhere other than the main floor due to people breaking in and living in the facility. We decided to take our stuff out and if we need storage again, cube smart won’t be our pick.
