Great place

Door was never closed allowing anybody to come and go. Everytime you would come in there was trash and item by the doorway. This storage facility is not in the best area and it being not secured made me feel that my items were not safe.

Good service

Very pleased with the customer service I received from Nancy, she was helpful, informative and friendly. With being short staffed for the time being she is great at handling everything and getting back to you through email, phone or text. The units are newer and it's a clean facility.

Because it was an enclosed area

I am writing to express my disappointment with the subpar experience I had. Due to inadequate security measures and a lack of cameras, my units were burglarized, resulting in over $5,000 in stolen items. Furthermore, I was overcharged for my unit twice consecutively and never received a credit. The recent rate increase was the final straw. I appreciated Nancy's assistance, and she was amazing to deal with. Kyle was unhelpful and horrible to deal with. The consistent issue with the unlocked back door, compounded by the latest rate hike, led to my decision to terminate my contract. The horrible leadership that store has had is just awful. I will not be returning.
