I don't want to waste anymore time with Cubesmart than I have to. Suffice it to say that I will never recommend them to anyone. Although, Kristen in the office was extremely pleasant and helpful. Cubesmart and the greedy owner of the Canyin Lake, TX facility will have to figure out why they are losing customers. Not my circus, not my monkey. Never again, and I will go out of my way to tell people who are looking for a storage solution why they should 100% avoid Cubeshart.

It was super easy to rent a unit online. Everything was clear and to the point and someone did reach out to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns which I really appreciated.

I arrived on a Saturday and decided that I needed another unit. The 2 ladies in the office were so accommodating and friendly. I also feel that the security of my property is a priority. Very clean and easy to access!

I paid $45 for the "free" month, after 3 days I switched from 5x10 to 10x10 and will pay more starting July 3and payed another $46.30. That does not seem right to me. already $91.30 and I am still on my "FREE" month. ????

I was not given the unit (convinient) promised. also they say 1st month free but I had to pay $45??? Next it be $53+/-and that is ok. How much is the next bigger? Just curious.
