No issues in 2 years of having the unit

I had a great experience renting a storage unit here. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. Vicky was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and easy. She answered all my questions and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this storage facility!

Whole experience was uncomfortable. When i called or talked to the manager there was a huge communication. Hi I would ask a question. She would explain fifteen things.It had nothing to do with the question that I asked. I felt that she talked down to me. I always felt super disrespected by her.I will not use this facility again. And I have stopped a few people from renting as well.

. Had a good discount to sign up. Management was very accommodating.
