Manager mellisa made the move in and move out effortlessly. Very helpful

First of all the way you raise your fees at the end of every year second wall to force somebody to buy your lock and then I’ll force them to just eat that lock at the end of their service when there’s nothing they can do with that lock it’s just outrageous

Customer service is great but the constant price increases with how many storage units are around is not good

You have good hours, staff nice and professional, fair price on the original rental. You have convenient payment options. Great experience. The only negative is what I predicted when I rented. I told your employee my experience with other Public Storages. They get you in, and within a few months raise the rates substantially. This is exactly what has happened. It's an industry way of doing business. Aside from changing the rate significantly, all else was great.

Everything went smooth from renting until termination. Also, fair price.
