Pro's-Staffed worker on site-Prompt responses online with answers to my questions.-Scheduled all in the same day with reservations & move in-Drive in & out loading & unloading-Well litCon's-Could use a better design with wider isles. --Very narrow when others are moving too.-Proprietary locks felt like another way to get more $$$-Supply a moving dolly that can safely move large tables when stacked vertically w/o tipping over. (LIKE THE ONES AT HOME DEPOT & LOWES)

Clean, reasonably priced. The people who work there (Jean and Kelly) are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I really like the drive-thru aspect. Carts are in excellent shape.

The facility is top-notch. You guys allowed me to pay 12 months upfront. You also are very open to moving my unit if I can get into a smaller unit. The price with the insurance is the only thing I don’t like. I would like the option not to have the insurance on the unit. Other than that highly recommend recommended.
