Rented a unit on Friday morning because I needed to move items in over the weekend. By Friday evening the elevators were broken and not fixed all weekend. I left a message for someone to call me back with an update or solution but no one called me.

Cleanliness, customer service

The units are air conditioned and clean, but the price went up twice in less than a year. My 10 x 7 went from $45 to $65 a month.

Every aspect of doing business was exceptional. Signing up, access, keeping property safe, moving out. Staff is polite and efficient. Facility is clean and easily accessible. We are very pleased.
