Facility was always clean, always had access to my unit, app control to open the main gate.. thats a plus I dont have to open my windows lol

Erica opened my account and she was very professional and helpful. When I went to downgrade to a smaller unit, she made the process go very smooth . During the transition, Judy was also helpful with the paperwork.

The facility is stored at wasn't lite very well and had a musty smell, also seems priced higher then others as I was able to get into a new one about $30 cheaper, lite very well and larger unit. The staff was super nice!

Clean, well conditioned, never too hot. VERY POOR lighting, can't see in the storage spaces, that's a big problem. If lighting was better, I'd give a higher rating. Also, the price kept going up and Up and UP, too much too quickly.
