I've been happy with the Storage space because I haven't seen any critters or trash at the facility. However, the current location has less security due to broken exit gate. Customer service has been great, but constant increases in price has driven me to downsizing my unit.

The customer service is very good, and I have no complaints about that. What I don't understand is why, if the first month was free, they sent me so many messages urging me to pay, and I ended up paying because they had already sent me too many messages.
