Great Service

Staff was always courteous and helpful

Staff is very ghetto and unprofessional and needs courses on customer service. District Manager does not address staff accordingly and seems irritated when you contact him/her directly because of his/her staff being unprofessional. Staff plots on customers belongings and tells the customer what they like in their units. With the price hikes and unprofessional staff I would not recommend this location to a dead dog. The rodent infestation was the worst ever! If anything I would advise for you to run fast and far and never come back or support this location.
