Price increase dramatically to unreasonable rates, even though i was told i was "getting a great price". This became the most expensive storage unit compared to alternatives in this area. Had several issues with payments, access, etc throughout the rental.

The people/employees are very nice and always extremely helpful. They are a big part of Tod the experience of renting. But the prices are too high. In two years my rent for the storage unit went up nearly $100. Price is not worth it no matter how good your employees are.

Clean unit kind service

I rented with on line price and just within 3 months price shot up 30 dollars.

We are not mad at cubesmart, however when we started and by the time moved in 2 years we had changed company and named 2 times in 2025 and once in 2026. Each was an up charge, but the rent was almost half of a small apartment rent from almost $175 to $340 A Month!! No discount for being a paying customer versus a newcomer.😒
