The property is nice and the staff is great. However, the every 6 month price increase on rent is excessive to say the least. I've met a number of other great and problem free tenants that were basically "forced" out due to excessive rent increases with NO OPPORTUNITY to reset the clock. Anyone can call an get a rate quote... and when you do that and find out how much less the rent is at the beginning... its infuriating! This is precisely why I HAD to make a change. I have paid Cube Smart $46,800 since June of 2017 - never a late payment. When I attempted to negotiate a rental rate reset, "no chance sucker... you need to move your stuff." Corporate greed and bonuses must be addictive. No wonder many of your reviews share this sentiment.So, if a friend or family member needed a short term rental, I might recommend with a warning. If a fellow contractor or business owner was considering a CubeSmart storage unit, I would be obligated to tell them what to expect regarding excessive rental rate increases. That really wouldn't be an endorsement now, would it? We all lay in the beds we create. Sleep well and thanks.

The facility is clean and well maintained. The manager is very responsive and a very pleasant lady to work with.

I never had any trouble with the storage unit in more than 7 years. My concern is how much rent has increased over the past few years that the unit priced itself out of my price range. The area was always clean and well lit. There used to be more than one moving cart but I just kept a dolly inside.
