Very easy and simple process to acquire the rental storage unit

I had 2 storage units with you. You did nothing but frequently raise the rent on both. The so called climate controlled storage unit was not. Whenever we visited the "climate controlled" unit it was sweltering. Some of our stored goods were turned to garbage due to ineffective climate control. We have a unit at U-Haul and have never had a problem. We have been at U-Haul for 5 years and they raised our rent once by $5/month. Moving out of Cubesmart and into U-Haul has reduced our monthly storage fees by over $500/month. We moved our last goods out on Friday and I noticed that the 10X25 outdoor unit I vacated more than 3 months ago is still empty as is the one next to it. Your business development people need give their heads a shake.
