The manager was great. But the unit leaked and the security gate was never fixed during the entire time of the rental, so the property was unsecured the whole time.

The rates went up by 50% right after I began renting and the gate to the complex NEVER worked for 7 months!!!! I rented a parking space that basically had ZERO protection and it appears there are homeless people living at the complex. I know nobody reads these or really cares what we say but this is terrible. I was going to rent 2 additional spaces if the price remained as original. You lost me and anyone I know.

Rat poop and pee all over my unit and my belongings. I left the unit 14 days early but there is no form of a refund.

First, Marlo at Cube Smart is fantastic. She's easy to talk with, understanding and cares about her work and its customers. When she noticed that my travel trailer was not parked in the assigned spot, she called me to ensure the trailer was with me.The location is great, close and easy access. However, the covered parking area was relatively narrow and I was nervous about damaging the structure and my trailer when putting in and taking out.
