Every time I turned around the rental price increased. It was just a storage container and not one in the brick building. It was difficult to open. By the time I finally looked the rate was 195.50 monthly. The new place is a slightly larger unit and it was only 77 dollars monthly. Almost 120 a month less. Also for over 4 months the gate never closed during that time except for in the evening when they closed it manually. Also my first month was free and the 29 dollar fee was waived.

This is based on the sign up and move in process only, very smooth fast and no hidden fees. Marlo was amazing.as for the facility, it's a little older but a great location, so fair tradeoff for the price. will update at 6 months.
