Well, where to even begin? The price is right, the facility is reasonably clean, and the management staff really has a genuine vibe. Every time I run into John or Mike up here it’s just a delightful experience. What else can I sayI will note that it would be nice if y’all offered units with power in them. And it might be nice to have access to the dumpster instead of having a pile of trash in my unit and then maneuver around it for months. Just little things. Also the rollup door in my existing unit D 22 needs to be looked at also the lights in there have never worked.

Mike the Manager is Excellent! A Great Asset to Your Brand!

I only gave an 8 out of 10 because I am just under 5 feet tall, and I cannot step into the unit because of its location along a slope in the terrain. I didn't realize that when he dove me to see the location of it. The others who helped me move the boxes into the unit had done the heavy lifting on move-in day, and fortunately one of them had left an empty bucket near the door, which I turned upside down to use as a step. Nothing you can fix, and please do not offer to assign a different unit to me, as the boxes are already in there and I am not moving them again unless to remove them permanently. Otherwise all is great, and the General Manager, Jon Walman, is a wonderful person and great at his job!
