Facility is very nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Facility seemed to be secure whenever I went there expect for a short time where they had some issues but we were told about it. Price jumped over a 100% in the 5-6 years I was there, that’s a lot

Double check how many and the timing for storage rent increased. The rent can increase at the end of year or after end of a first lease but Cubesmart increases price at any moment... you give a storage price and when someone applies for this price, you increase the price 3 months later. It's really frustrating.I moved my stuffs from one of your storage to another of your storage due to the better offer and price. And 3 months later you have increased the price as to let me know that it was not necessary to move because the price will be the same soon.

In 2020, I downsized my home and needed quite a bit of external storage. Over the years, I've consolidated units, emptied units, and FINALLY emptied a small, climate controlled cube containing photos and videos, etc. CubeSmart was a convenient, safe, and very positive experience. I highly recommend the facility in Cary, North Carolina and greatly appreciated the staff that worked w/me over the last 5 years.

The in-person customer service for the facility I chose was wonderful! The property manager was friendly and professional. He was also thorough and transparent with all of the steps for the paperwork. I very much appreciated the person to person contact as opposed to doing everything online. I specifically chose this facility because I knew that there was an actual person as the onsite manager as I still prefer human interaction when I am conducting business. I feel confident that if I were to encounter any issues in the future, that there is someone available to help resolve them.

Helpful and friendly staff and good pricing

When Rebecca, Michelle and Chuck were running the show on Chatham. We would give a 10.The new manager, we believe his name is John gets less than zero. He is a terrible communicator. He is disrespectful and he should not be in the position that he is in.He will ruin your reputation, and he will runoff your customers.We have been a valued Cubesmart client for approximately 10 years and on our very last month he put a red lock on our unit and didn't even call or text or email us to tell us that we were a few days late.Never Again!
