Mike and Jon made moving out a breeze. They answered all my questions and made sure that everything was taken care of. This is a top notch facility and I would recommend it to anyone in the area. It's nice to have real people to talk to, not just an impersonal kiosk.

inconsistent policies

Emptied unit & told personnel in office that I had done so on Oct 15 as instructed. Was not reimbursed for remainder of month not used. November rent withdrawn from my bank account. Called office at 8 am, no call back until after my 4 pm call. Terrible service.
