On the positive side: The facility was convenient, I felt good about the security, and the onsite staff were competent and always helpful and friendly.On the negative side: After a heavy storm, some water splashed into the unit under the door, causing some minor damage to my things. The onsite staff person noted that the weather stripping was dried out and brittle and no longer effective, hence the problem. She changed it right away. I asked for some compensation and was told the district manager said no, despite the fact that the unit was not up to spec. (I would have been happy with $200.) Also, the price has gone up significantly in two years. The latest rate hike sped up my decision to vacate.

Decent facility... rarely anything for a storage facility to be outstanding at. Got a bit expensive, as with everything.
