Theresa and Kelsey are awesome! They worked with us on our needs before we moved out. Kelsey provided a step stool and broom and even took the last load of trash out for us. After a long day that was appreciated so much!The only negative was in the beginning as we didn't know the ownership had changed so the transition was not as smooth initially.It would also be nice if the management would refund the difference upon move out before the 10th.

So unreliable and the communication sucked. I purchased this storage unit from a local company and then out of no where I was getting bills from CubeSmart. No heads up, no notification, nothing. Then I was told I had to get new insurance which was never under my existing agreement. When I went to cancel my unit, it was as if I was bothering the front office staff.

Clean, easy to work with, we felt comfortable with our belongings at your self storage.
