This was a great seamless expression. The agents were extremely helpful and patient. The follow up agent was just as nice and pleasant. I went to look at the unit and it was clean and I love the climate control.

I didn't even recieve notice that the price was increasing until after I received the bill. And that bin is not worth $401. I would barely call it temperature controlled. And there were times when there were rodents in the building. I know the rodent problem was being fixed. I don't know about the temperature control but the storage bin was always hot. And like I said it was not worth $401...Also if you're going to increase the price don't just send it by mail...send it by email or text also. Well before the bill is sent.
