I didn't even recieve notice that the price was increasing until after I received the bill. And that bin is not worth $401. I would barely call it temperature controlled. And there were times when there were rodents in the building. I know the rodent problem was being fixed. I don't know about the temperature control but the storage bin was always hot. And like I said it was not worth $401...Also if you're going to increase the price don't just send it by mail...send it by email or text also. Well before the bill is sent.

Everything was the whole process was smooth

I had no issues with storing my things there and everything I needed was in the app. It really made it hassle free for me. I always had access to my unit. Always a plus.
