My rate was raised multiple times. I made repeated attempts to reach out to cube smart and local management to ask for a discount or better rate, because the price increases were material and too much for us as a family. No manager ever replied to us. No response from cube smart. No way to connect with anyone. And that made me think… what would ever happen if I really needed to reach someone at cube smart about my storage space or a situation? When I realized that cube smart didn’t have any respect for me as a customer, I went the extra mile to clear out the space and make other arrangements.

Location and personnel are great. Only negative is the increase in cost. But everything else is wonderful

Michael was extremely helpful. I reserved the wrong storage unit for my vehicle, he immediately offered to give me another one to fit my needs. He even helped me push the car while in neutral into the storage unit. He did all of this even though his shift was over
