We've had several maintenance issues. The gate seemed to be broken more that not. We had water damage and mice. The price is now well above several other competitors with similar facilities.

Location and ease of move in

The fact that I was charged full price for a unit that I could not access for 3 months because someone damaged the frame with their vehicle. No consideration was given to me. Poor customer service and updates.

Central location to me and good price. Unit is safe and they have good security.

I selected 0 because this unit was completely unsafe: a live rat ran out of my furniture, feces were everywhere, and water damage destroyed multiple belongings. Paying for a unit that causes property damage and health hazards is unacceptable, and I cannot in good conscience recommend CubeSmart to anyone.

frequent gate problems left unrepaired for long lengths of time. Management at site unfriendly, rude at times and nosy. Often making rounds and peering into unit without saying hello. My vehicle broke down and I left it over night once and Management was trying to have it towed. I had been a tenant for 2 years. Ridiculous. Absurd and unprofessional.
