Never had a bad experience there the entire time I had my storage unit.

The property is clean and well-maintained. It is in a good location. I really liked Michael. My unit is easily accessible. This is my first time to rent with Cube Smart. So far I am very pleased. I also love that you will plant a tree for me when I am done! I am really big into nature, so any company that plants trees is attractive to me.

I have had a storage unit for 2 y 10m and the rental fees have been steadily increasing. I was forced to download the app and was charged $4.99 a month for it. I emailed on 11/30 that we moved out 11/29. Was sent a confirmation on dec 2 only after I called. The unit was spotless, I took pictures. I was told I wouldn't be refunded the balance of my rental even though it was paid up to Dec 17.I'm not recommending cubesmart but I'm sure telling everyone I know about it. And I'm telling them not to use it.

Friendly service and it was easy to transition from one size unit to another. If needed, I would rent again.

Storage was clean and easy access to it, and everybody was friendly.

I would give you a "10", but the security gate was not working during most of the time we were storing things there. The customer service was great, and the facility was clean and otherwise well-maintained.

We were promised to get a climate control unit but the ac never wored on our floor and most of our stuff went bad

I do not appreciate the “man” behind the desk making the mistake, not being able to admit that he made a mistake and then proceeding to demean me as a woman and speaking down to me. I will not tolerate that kind of behavior from anyone.

While Michael and Juan were helpful and went above and beyond (10 out of 10), I have no faith in the integrity of the company itself, and it's predatory business practices, if it went for the two underpaid on site employees I would have rated it zero, but until cubesmart shows that it isnt just another greedy corporate entity milking its clients and even charging fees to make payment I have zero interest in spending another dollar with this company and have moved my belonging to a friendly honest family owned facility I can trust.
