Anytime I was there, everyone was so friendly and stopped and talked, like I was more than just a customer

Temperature control in the unit was good.Onsite managers were very helpful.There is a rodent problem in Building C and some of my boxes were chewed on.The door to my unit did not stay up; kept sliding down.The people at the site were good, otherwise rating would be much lower.

Very convenient all the way around and for a good price!
