We had an excellent experience with CubeSmart. The management team was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the facility was always clean, and accessing our storage unit was quick and easy. The billing process was simple and hassle-free. I would highly recommend CubeSmart to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed storage facility.

The manager on site with the blue hair is very unpleasant and awkward. I hated every interaction with them and couldn't wait to close my account due to their attitude and way of treating customers. Never renting here again as long as she's manager

Convenient although pricey

You had a consistent, reliable, loyal customer whom you increased the monthly rental on, not once but twice. The last increase of 31% was the last straw. YOU GOT GREEDY AND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A LOYAL CUSTOMER. Shame on YOU, shame on CubeSmart (CubeStupid) and shame on your business practices. Good riddance. The office manager was busy doing anything but supporting the customers. I called the leasing office multiple times as well and even went in to the office physically to tell her that my unit was empty. I asked if there was anything else she needed from me and she said, "no", but somehow it took two more weeks and three calls to corporate customer service after that encounter to close out my unit.Overall, the move-in and move-out processes were not made clear and the unit had trash in it when I found it. Not a great experience for the price.

Excellent facilities just high prices

Nice area, clean and secure plus Stephanie was excellent to work with and friendly.

Price jumps. Never got a notice of them just had it constantly go up
