Because I had the worst experience at CubeSmart I rented once in 2017 where are the property manager name was Larissa and she was the best and was always willing to help me, this time the property manager did not really care to help when I needed assistance. She seemed like she had a problem with me anytime I was there her whole attitude was weird. I asked twice to get the rent lowered and had to ask several times for her to ask the general manager if she even asked the general manager. I was told that I needed to pay on time for a couple months and then they would consider it, in the meantime my rent is going up and I can barely afford to keep my stuff in there. So I will never be using CubeSmart again.
